Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chris Steele first began working in the gay community in 1992, when he got a job as a cocktail waiter at Michael's Piano Bar (now known as Woody's) in Dallas. Chris quickly rose through the ranks and became general manager for the company that owned Michael's and other establishments in the city. For several years Chris was managing some of the best bars and restaurants in the Dallas area, but in 1998 he made his first adult video and was an even bigger success there, his eight-inch dick and dark-haired good looks making porn fans fall for him in every scene. He performed in more than two dozen pornos between 1998 and 2006 for some of the top studios, including Falcon, for whom he became an exclusive. Some of his best work can be seen in Titan Men's "Heat," Raging Stallion's "Cops Gone Bad," and Falcon's "Deep South" 1 & 2 (co-directed by legends John Rutherford and Chi Chi LaRue). In 2000, Chris also tried his hand at directing gay porn and found he truly enjoyed it. He wrote his first script a year later and has since written more than 50 screenplays for gay adult films, including the GayVN Best Screenplay nominee "Conquered." Even after retiring from on-camera involvement in porn, Chris Steele remained as a director and he has been at the helm of more than 35 films, mostly for Falcon and Jet Set Men.
